Glad you found me too! Lbeth and I have hung around together for a lifetime (think I’ll stick it out :). Did you enjoy your teaching years? I loved teaching, and now I’m just in a different kind of classroom. I look forward to our following each other now… Thanks

You either, I’m still shock at how in retirement, I’m actually writing short stories, poetry and blogging like crazy. Reading and writing was not on my bucket list. Lol!

served in the South Pacific, but he shared very little about his experiences.

No, my being a vet is the one time my father put his foot down about! I was in Nam for a very short period, press pass. Should you find anything or remember anything about your father – feel free to add it into the comments. Quite a few of my readers already have, it makes the site more of a group effort.
